I’m Dr. Michael Webster, DDS — a practicing dentist and the owner of four British Columbia dental practices: Kelowna Dental Centre, BrightSide Dental, Yaletown Dentistry, and New Teeth Today.

I built Alvero because I was the bottleneck in my own practice. Every report I needed had to be pulled by me. Every recall gap was caught by me. Every financial anomaly waited until I had a Sunday afternoon to find it. So I built the system I needed — tested it in real waiting rooms across four practices — and then realized every owner I know needed the same thing.

Alvero was designed from inside the operatory, not from a software office. Every agent shipped because a real practice needed it. Nothing is in here because it demoed well.
